Beschreibung und Aufgaben
- Supporting distributors and direct customers across Europe and the Middle East
- Interfacing with stakeholders to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Coordinating of logistics activities and shipping documentation
- Generating spare part quotes, check pricing, availability and performing order entry
- Supporting broader operational activities within a small business environment
- Working with SAP and customer service systems to communicate and document interactions with customers
- Exercising judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and ensuring customer commitments are met
- Working closely with manufacturing sites in the US, China, India, and Singapore

- Fluent business English language skills are required (written and verbal), additional European languages is a plus
- Minimum higher vocational degree
- Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment
- Comfortable working with technical products and complex processes
- Computer literate (advanced knowledge of MS Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- SAP / CRC knowledge preferred
- Confidence on the phone
