A worldwide pandemic that affects everyone - really everyone. Shops are closed, curfews are in place, assembly lines are at a standstill and there is a global travel warning. It is simply impossible to find a job during this time. Is it?
Not quite! Because not every company is negatively affected by the crisis. Some even profit from current developments. Others are preparing for tomorrow. Because there will be a tomorrow - with companies, leaders, and employees who are stronger and smarter than yesterday.
For this reason, we would like to encourage all those who have lost their jobs in these difficult times, who want to reorient themselves, or who have just graduated from university and want to start their professional life. We do not want to say that it is easy. But it is not impossible!
We have prepared some tips for you which hopefully will help you not only to find your dream job but also to get it. CV, job boards, interviews - what do you need help with? We have created three videos that cover these topics.
#1 - Your CV
Your CV is your marketing brochure. Present your personality, your skills and your career as best as possible. Remember: You want to sell yourself.
#2 - How and where you can apply for a job
Thanks to the internet, there are literally hundreds of possibilities to find open vacancies. Here are some tips on how to find the right one - or let recruiters find you.
Some databases we can happily recommend:

#3 - Nailing the interview
You received an invitation for an interview? Congrats, the first obstacle has been overcome! Now it's time to convince in a personal interview in front of the camera.
Also remember to keep your social network profiles maintained. A convincing profile with relevant keywords increases the chances of being found by recruiters on LinkedIn or Xing. Make sure that all information and your profile photo are up to date. Also click yourself through profiles. Which ones could be interesting for you? Social networks are for networking. Make new acquaintances or contact former acquaintances and friends. Maybe one of them has been waiting for exactly YOU.
All the best and good luck!
